What is Reiki? It is the laying on of hands to access the positive energy that surrounds us, it is the energy we tap into when we want to comfort someone, the energy many call Universal Life Energy, to me it is simply Unconditional Love. A usual Reiki session lasts up to an hour, the client will remain clothed and the treatment will generally take place with the client lying down, the practitioner will put their hands on and allow the energy to flow and, without ego, let it to do the work. Reiki is a very powerful and safe healing modality. The cost of a Reiki healing is $ 50.00. Reiki Attunements Reiki has three levels, I, II and Master level. Reiki I is for personal healing and for family and friends, you can learn Reiki I in a weekend. Cost: $ 120.00 Reiki II is where you learn to use the Reiki symbols and learn how to give distant healings. You can give anyone a Reiki healing and are able to charge. Reiki II is also done in a weekend but with mentoring after completion for a number of weeks. Cost: $ 150.00 Reiki master level is done over several meetings covering a number of months which is dependent on the individual's personal experience with Reiki and their own spiritual journey.
